Hillsborough: Central Business District Southwest Tampa Westshore Northwest North Central I-75 Parkway

Pinellas: Clearwater and North Bayside Gateway and Mid South St.Petersburg

According to a national demographic research firm, Cognetics, Inc.
"The Tampa Bay Region will require over 17 million square feet of new office space to satisfy demand over the next ten years and will rank sixth nationally in office use employment growth."
